Meet Mollie

Mollie Baker is a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, clinical supervisor, and yoga instructor whose work centers on healing beyond words. Her approach is grounded in nervous system regulation, connection, and the belief that integration and healing happen when the body feels safe enough to settle.

This work is not only something Mollie offers—it’s something she understands firsthand. Having navigated her own experiences of post-traumatic stress and anxiety, she has personally engaged in the therapies she now offers. That lived understanding shapes a compassionate, steady approach to helping clients find regulation, presence, and relief—without pressure to explain or relive their stories.

Rather than traditional talk therapy, Mollie’s work is experiential and body-based. Through Internal Family Systems (IFS)-Informed EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), mindfulness, somatic-based approaches, and equine-assisted psychotherapy, sessions focus on safety, awareness, and authentic connection. Mollie works primarily with adults and families, with a special focus on Military members, Veterans, and their loved ones.
